Position Overview

The LP Operations Analyst helps serve as the day-to-day contact for over 6,000 investors by providing exceptional client service working as the Fund Administrator. The individual assists with the management and maintenance of direct client communication, in the form of inquiries and additional financial information requests. The position serves as a trusted resource for information and assistance with client onboarding, internal reports, investor requests and document uploads for our clients. This is a unique role with the opportunity to learn the back-office & the limited partner facing side of our client’s accounting function.

 Essential Job Functions

  • Onboarding new investors and funds; verifying and updating contact information, commitment amounts and communication permissions 
  • Maintaining the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) databases and investor portal, including posting documents to the investor portal and creating client communications 
  • Managing Outlook Inboxes 
  • Communicating with Viridis’ larger teams regarding upcoming posts and approvals 
  • Compile and evaluate investor data for internal reporting 
  • Responding by e-mail and/or phone to client inquiries and information requests 
  • Updating and managing document processes and policies to ensure proper record keeping 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an Accounting or Financial Reporting role 
  • Managing Salesforce, Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint or an equivalent database a bonus, not required 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting 
  • Must have demonstrated track record of handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner 
  • Related client service experience in financial services, alternative fund or corporate administration or similar field experience 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communicator, both internally and externally facing 
  • Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and organization 
  • Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines 
  • Value added team player with a positive attitude 
  • Strong basis of financial accounting required 
  • Willingness to learn new systems
