Job Description/Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds. This position will report to a Senior Accounting Manager.

This position will be required to do the following:

• Prepare daily/weekly journal entries in connection with fund activity
• Prepare quarterly financial statements
• Prepare schedules and provide support in connection with the annual audit
• Assist in managing cash flow needs
• Various ad-hoc tasks, and other projects and deadlines that arise in relation to above

• Knowledge of GAAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1 – 3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, and/or fund operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Allvue is a plus
• CPA preferred
