Mr. Heching is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at VIRIDIS Fund Solutions. Prior to taking on this role, he led Greenspring Back Office Solutions (GBOS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenspring and later StepStone Group, following its acquisition. GBOS provided fund administration services for external venture capital and private equity fund managers. Before joining GBOS, Mr. Heching was Vice President in the Financial Analysis and Planning division of Fiera Capital’s North American Public Markets & Private Wealth. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Finance at Vandewater Capital Holdings and was a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Time Warner Cable. He graduated from Queens College with a BA in Accounting and Economics.
